Job brief
We are looking for an Executive Director to lead a mission-driven healthcare non-profit focused on delivering real, on-ground impact where the system fails. This is not a corporate or desk-only role. It is a full-ownership leadership position for someone who can work day to night, lead from the front, and build programs that create measurable community health outcomes.
Executive Director responsibilities include leading daily operations, designing and executing community health programs, building and managing field teams, and ensuring ethical, transparent, and compliant functioning of the organization. To be successful in this role, you should have strong field experience, high integrity, and the ability to take responsibility beyond presentations and reports.
Ultimately, you’ll build and scale a healthcare institution from the ground up, with direct accountability for real-world impact.
